The location is excellent and it was clean.
The walls are a bit thin so it is a bit noisy, and the beds are not super comfortable.

An unexpected room upgrade delight
The staff surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade. The unique decor and cozy ambiance was like a hidden gem in the city.
The bathroom lacked some basic toiletries, which would have was nice. A minor hiccup, but noticeable .

This budget hotel is ideal for backpackers and young uncomplicated people interested in art and design. The pictures on the wall are modern and friendly and it's located a few minutes from Centre Pompidou. The windows are well isolated for this noisy street.
If the hotel staff wasn't so unfriendly and offending, we would recommend it to young and uncomplicated travellers with a low budget who like art and design. It's probably difficult to find a cheaper hotel in the center of Paris, however the price is still exagerated for a budget hotel with such bad facilities: no elevator, no breakfast, only 1 small and old towel for 2 persons (better take your own with you!) and only 1 shower for all rooms of the 3rd and 4th floor, and this shower was very small and musty. The windows are well isolated for this noisy street, but the walls are so thin that you can hear everyone going to toilet and every breathe of other guests making love.

Gorgeous and clean hotel, the staff who served us were helpful, and it had stunning location in a nice cosy neighborhood. The breakfast was well priced and reasonably good with many options, great food. Location: the property was short walk to major attractions such as the Louvre Museum, shops, and 2 metro stops.

Straight facts, no fluff
Close to everything you want to explore in Paris, with vibrant rooms showcasing unique decor. Our stay was made special by a team that was like friends, especially Maeva's wonderful recommendations. Though the rooms are cozy, the air conditioning and quiet ambiance were a welcome surprise. Highly recommend for future trips!

The location...and the room though spartan was ok...but I think the price is a little high for what you get (don't get!) ...(even though prices have sky-rocketed!) Bed was comfier than it looked and spare pilows are in the wardrobe (I forgot to look!). Location superb.

The location is very good, in Le Marais, in the centre of the city.
The building and the facilities are quite old, and the hotel has not been renovated. My room didn´t have its own bathroom, so I had to use a common toilet and a common bathroom.

The hotel is in a very lively place, with great
Cafés and restaurants nearby. Kudos to Francois, the receptionist, who was helpful and attentive. The room was cozy, but it could benefit from more space. A good experience!

Hotel is in a great area, heaps of cafe's, restaurants and all kinds of shopping nearby. Within comfortable walk to the Notre Dame and the Lourve. Room was semi-soundproofed so noise wasn't an issue. Room was small but not tiny or cramped, perfect unless you're planning to spend alot of time in there. We booked a room with a private bathroom which I was grateful for.
We were bothered a bit by noise from housekeeper and other hotel guests walking up the stairs (no elevator) and opening doors. Room didn't have a TV but does have free wifi. Bathroom could definately do with renovation but was very clean.

the only thing I likeed was the location apart from it nothing was to be liked.
I didn't like it first because I was surprise to find out that not only I had to share the bathroom with 3floor but can only use it between 7am and 10pm. So imagine I am back just after10pm so I have to go to bed and not show until the morning and then imagine the queue for the shower because of restriction. Is France in the developping world is so I wasn't aware of it!!.
